Q: What’s included in the membership?
A: With the myCulture Artist Membership, you can promote unlimited art events in the myCulture app – whether it’s an exhibition, performance, workshop, or open studio.
You’ll also get access to our exclusive myCulture Art Community, connect with other artists and people from the art scene, attend members-only events, and have the chance to be featured on our social media channels.
Q: Can I cancel my membership monthly?
A: Membership runs for one year and can be cancelled during the last month of the current term.
You can choose between monthly payments or a discounted annual payment upfront – this way you not only secure all the benefits, but also save money.
Q: What types of events can I promote?
A: Currently, you can promote exhibitions, workshops, guided tours, film screenings, talks, and performances.
We’re constantly expanding the event types – so if you’re planning something that doesn’t fit into these categories, let us know! We’re open to member suggestions and happy to adapt.
Q: How does the social media feature work?
A: We regularly let our community know when we’re looking to feature artists on our social media channels. Spots are given on a first-come, first-served basis – whoever responds first gets featured.
This means you’ll regularly have the opportunity to present your work to a wider audience.
Q: Do I need a big following to benefit from the membership?
A: No – the membership is specifically designed to give you more visibility, regardless of your current reach.
Through the myCulture app, you’ll reach people who are actively looking for art events – not just random social media scrollers.
Q: Are there any technical requirements to submit my events?
A: All you need is a smartphone or computer with internet access. Adding your events is quick, easy, and requires no technical skills – you can get started right away.
Q: Is the membership also suitable for emerging artists?
A: Absolutely! myCulture is for all artists, regardless of experience or fame. Many of our members are just starting their careers and use the platform to make new contacts, promote their first shows, and establish themselves in the art scene.
