How to create an artist profile in the myCulture app🎨

Why create an artist profile?

 

As an artist, visibility matters. With your own artist profile in the myCulture app, you reach new audiences, connect directly with visitors, and showcase your work to people who are truly interested.

By creating your artist profile:

Whether you’re an emerging artist or already well established – your profile helps you reach the right people and stay visible where it matters.

Step-by-Step:
How to Create an Artist Profile

Note: Make sure you have the latest version of the myCulture app installed on your device.

1. Download the myCulture app and register

Download the myCulture app for iOS or Android and sign up as a regular user.

2. Verify your account

If you receive a verification code by email, tap the ⚙️ icon at the top right of the Home screen.
Select “Change personal data”, enter the code, and verify your account.

3. Apply for an artist profile

 Go back to the settings (⚙️), tap 👤 “I am an artist”, fill in the form and click “Apply Now”.

4. Fill in the extended form

 You’ll receive an email with a link to an extended form. Complete the form and submit it.

5. Wait for approval

Once all requirements are met, the myCulture team will approve your profile within a few days. You’ll get a confirmation by email.

6. Find your profile in the myCulture app

When your artist profile is live, you can easily find it in the Discover section. Tap “show more” next to “Artists”, use the 🔍 icon, and search for your name.

If you want to update your profile after submitting your form, please send your request to content@myculture.app.
